MEMORIAL DAY PARADE & CARNIVAL |
The 32nd annual Memorial Parade and Carnival will be held on Monday, May 27th. The parade begins at 11:00 am leaving the Groves High School parking lot, traveling north on Evergreen to Beverly Road and east on Beverly to Beverly Park. The carnival is from Noon to 3:00 pm. A special dedication ceremony will take place at 1:00 pm by the flag pole to honor those who have served our country with a new veterans memorial monument. Rides, games, and food will also be available. |

VILLAGE-WIDE GARAGE SALE |
The 5th annual Village-wide garage sale is Friday, May 31, Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2. Participants are required to obtain a permit from the Village Office for $3. Please consider donating any leftovers to a local charity instead of throwing them away. A list of participants will be available late in the afternoon Thursday, May 30. |

JOINT SENIOR SERVICES COMMITTEE MID-TERM REPORT |
In 2012, the governing bodies of the Birmingham Area Seniors Coordinating Council, Birmingham Public Schools, City of Birmingham, Southfield Township, Villages of Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms and Franklin created an advisory committee to be known as the Joint Senior Services Committee. This Committee was formed to compare and contrast current senior services, develop a consensus through public input as to what level of senior services citizens need and want and to prepare recommendations regarding funding and governance models. They have completed a mid-term report. |

ADOPT-A-ROAD |
| At
their regular meeting on April 17, 2007, the Village Council approved a new program
for Beverly Hills called "Adopt-A-Road". This program allows
volunteer workers to remove roadside debris and refuse on Village roads. Volunteer
groups interested in adopting any mile(s) of roadway must submit an application
