Beverly Hills residents can begin making reservations for the pavilion at Beverly Park on the first Wednesday of March. Non-residents can begin making reservations on the first Wednesday of April. The pavilion can be rented from one to eight hours between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. from approximately May through October. Please check with Village office about specific date availability. Reservations must be made in person at the Village office during regular business hours. Rental fees are as follows:

There is an additional charge of $20 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals.

Small Groups 1 - 50 people
Residents $25/first hour; $5 each additional hour up to 8 hours
Non-residents $60/first hour; $15 each additional hour up to 8 hours
A $40 damage deposit is also required

Medium Groups 51 - 100 people
Residents $50/first hour; $10 each additional hour up to 8 hours
Non-residents $120/first hour; $25 each additional hour up to 8 hours
A $40 damage deposit is also required

Large Groups 101 - 150 people
Residents $75/first hour; $15 each additional hour up to 8 hours
Non-residents $180/first hour; $35 each additional hour up to 8 hours.
A $100 damage deposit is also required
