Beverly Park Pavilion Rental


All public laws including those relating to noise will be observed in the park including Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code. The Code is available for review at the Village offices and at Chapter 6

Reservations

Reservations are accepted at the Village Office during business hours. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of residency.

New for 2024: Village residents may begin making reservations the first Wednesday in February. Village business owners or their representative(s) may begin making reservations the first Wednesday in February for business related functions. Proof of affiliation is required at the time of reservation.
Non-residents may begin making reservations starting the first Wednesday in March.

The pavilion is available to be reserved between April 1 and November 30. Reservations are not accepted on major holidays or during Village-sponsored events. Please refer to the Village Calendar regarding holidays and special events. 

Applicant must be present for the opening and closing of the pavilion rental and retain a copy of the permit. Failure to do so will result in withholding the deposit. Pavilion use is restricted to hours of permit.

Permit holders are entitled to priority usage of the pavilion only. All other facilities may be used on a first come-first serve basis.

There are no rain dates.

Refunds
If cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the reservation, a refund of the damage deposit plus 80% of the other fees paid will be granted. If cancellation is made less than two weeks before the reservation date, only the damage deposit will be refunded.

The Village will ensure restrooms are clean and equipped, and that the pavilion area is clean at the time of opening. At the time of closing the Park Opener will survey the area. There will be an extra charge if it is necessary to clean the pavilion and surrounding area. Also, there will be a charge if the Park Opener must return to the park for additional opening or closing. This amount will be subtracted from the deposit.

Other Items
Applicant agrees to pay for any and all damages or losses that occur on the premises during reservation time. No nails, staples, tape, or fasteners shall be used to affix signs, banners, etc. to pavilion. Banners may be hung on brass hooks on the posts of the pavilion. No staples shall be used to secure cloths to tables.

*  Return picnic tables to their original setup if moved during your rental.
*  Confetti is not permitted.
*  Animals are not allowed in or near the pavilion or playground.
*  Food trucks are not permitted. 
*  Bounce Houses are permitted with prior approval. A certificate of insurance naming the Village of Beverly Hills as an additional insured is required.
*  Applicant is responsible for all equipment, valuables and clothing left in park.

Beverly Hills residents can begin making reservations for the pavilion at Beverly Park on the first Wednesday of February. Non-residents can begin making reservations on the first Wednesday of March. The pavilion can be rented from one to eight hours between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. from April 1 to November 30, 2024. Please check with the Village office about specific date availability. Reservations must be made in person at the Village office during regular business hours.

The rental fees are as follows:

Residents: $75/first hour; $15/hour each additional hour up to 8 hours.
Non-Residents: $150/first hour; $30/hour each additional hour up to 8 hours.
$20 additional fee for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals.
A $250 damage deposit is required for all rentals.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests at the pavilion must adhere to group gathering restrictions and COVID-19 safety protocols as required by the State, County, and Village. Should a party exceed group gathering limits, the Village is authorized to withhold the renter’s damage deposit. 

The Village accepts cash, check, money order, and credit card payments. 
Checks may be made payable to the Village of Beverly Hills.
Please note, there is a 3% fee for credit card transactions.
