Payment Options
Water bill payments can be mailed to the address shown on the water bill:

Village of Beverly Hills Water Department
18500 W 13 Mile Road
Beverly Hills, MI 48025.

Also, payments can be made in person at the Village Office at the same address. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm except for holidays.

When paying by mail, please include the bill stub to ensure proper credit to the correct account. When paying in person, please bring the entire bill for faster service.

A third payment option is through the Automatic Bill Payment Plan. By submitting the properly completed application to the Water Department, the billing customer's payments are withdrawn from a checking account automatically upon the due date of each bill. Information and applications are available by clicking here or at the Village Office.

Payments may also be made online using a credit card, debit card, or e-check through www.bsaonline.com.  A small convenience fee will be charged for this option.

Final Bills
At the time that a residence changes ownership or tenancy, the seller or current tenant should call the Water Department at 248-646-6404 to schedule a final reading. Please call two to three business days prior to desired date of reading. The final bill will be mailed approximately 7 business days from the final reading date.

If the property is connected to the sewer, but not to the water system, the seller or tenant should notify the Water Department of the last date of responsibility and the mailing address for the final sewer bill.

For new water or sewer service, water service shut off, or troubleshooting problems, call 248-646-6404. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
