Virtual Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting 09/14/2020

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Whitmer signed Executive Order 2020-154 which temporarily allows remote participation in public meetings.

The September 14, 2020 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via Zoom at 7:30 p.m. EST.  If you wish to participate in the meeting using your computer or mobile device, click this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82614445328 or enter Meeting ID 826 1444 5238 on the Zoom app.  You may also call into the meeting by dialing 1-646-876-9923 (US) (tolls may apply).

Please note, if you join the meeting via Zoom, your video and audio will be seen and heard by the public.  Please mute your microphone during the meeting unless you are called upon during the "Public Comment" or "Public Hearing" portion of the meeting.  If you have a comment, please click the "Raise Your Hand" button on your screen and wait to be called on.  The Village reserves the right to remove any participant from the meeting who does not adhere to the guidelines or anyone who uses disrespectful language or images during the meeting.

Members of the public may also make public comments in person during the meeting in the Council Chambers located at 18500 W. 13 Mile Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025. Face masks must be worn inside the building. Social distancing guidelines must be followed.  The maximum capacity inside Council Chambers is 10 persons.
