Concrete Patching Program

Starting the week of October 11, 2021 (weather permitting), the Village’s contractor, Cipparrone Contracting Inc., will commence construction in Beverly Hills as part of the 2021 Concrete Patching Program. The general scope of work includes the full-depth removal and replacement of various sections of existing concrete pavement on Chelton Dr., Carriage Ln, Old Post Rd, Old Coach Rd, Red Oaks Trail, White Oaks Trail and Cline Dr. The project is tentatively scheduled to be completed by November 19, 2021 (weather permitting). One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times; however, shortterm, intermittent closures of the entire road may be required for equipment transport, material removal and delivery and likely when construction occurs adjacent to driveways and at road intersections. Driveway and sidewalk access will be maintained to the fullest extent possible. On-street parking will not be allowed for the duration of the project within the construction zone. If construction will interfere with access to a resident’s driveway, notice will be given a minimum of 2 days ahead of time. Residents with driveways that are blocked may park on the street outside the construction zone.

Prior to starting work, the road sections that are proposed to be replaced will be marked with paint. You will also see MISS DIG flags and/or markings placed by the various utility companies marking their underground facilities. Please don’t not remove these flags. Construction signs, barrels and other traffic control devices will also be set-up to protect the public and the work zone.

Additionally, trash barrels may need be moved from your normal location and the contractor will assist you with this if necessary. Other services such as mail delivery and emergency vehicles should not be affected. Your patience is appreciated during the construction period. Every effort will be made to minimize the inconvenience to you and your neighbors. Throughout construction, field representatives from Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) and the Contractor will be available to address issues as they occur.
