The Village Clerk is the official record keeper of the Village and the clerk of the Council. The Clerk keeps a record of all ordinances, resolutions and actions of the Council.
Voting in Beverly Hills is divided into seven precincts. A map of precincts and voting places is available at the Village and Township offices, in the Village calendar, or click here to view the map online. A U.S. Citizen at least 18 years of age is eligible to vote. Voters must register to vote at least 30 days prior to the election they wish to vote in. The Clerk is the administrator of all Freedom of Information Act requests and Solicitation Licensing. The Clerk's office is also a passport acceptance facility.
