2019 Change of Assessment
The 2019 change of assessment notices will be mailed to homeowners by March 1, 2019 from Oakland County Equalization Department. Please examine your notice carefully. Your 2019 property taxes will be based on the values stated on the notice.
If you disagree with your assessment, please contact the phone number on your notice to make an appointment with the March Board of Review. The March Board of Review is the only opportunity to make an appeal. Please call early to schedule an appointment.
